"Someone I know has been arrested and I don't know what to do."
Take a look at the FAQ.
1. What is a bond, and when do I need a bondsman?
When a person is arrested in southwest Missouri, there are two ways bond is set. When an unusual case, a judge will set the bond amount at the time the warrant is issued, or at the first appearance of the accused in front of a judge.
For common cases, such as DWI or failure to appear, there is normally a set bond amount for each charge the accused is facing.
If you choose to pay the full bond amount to the court, the money will be held by the court until the charges against the accused are resolved through plea, trial or dismissal. The money that is being held by the court will be returned minus court costs and fines.
If you choose to call Powell Bail Bonds, you will be charged a percentage of the bond amount set by the court in exchange for the secured promise of the accused appearing in court on the date set by the court.

2. What is a cash-only bond?
A cash-only bond is a bond that requires the full bond amount to be paid to the court before the release of the arrested person is possible. If a cash-only bond is issued, a bail bondsman will not be able to help with the release.
3. If I am arrested at night, do I have to wait until morning to call a bondsman?
No way. If you or someone you know is arrested at any time, day or night, Powell Bail Bonds can help.
4. How do I use a bondsman to get out of jail, or help get someone out of jail?
Call Adam Powell (417) 624-2302 NOW and get the process started. In most cases, the release of the arrested is fast and easy!
